About Tatum

Tatum Koehn is a watercolor and charcoal artist from Chicago, Illinois, currently residing in Dallas, Texas. Tatum finds immense joy in creating art out of people's most cherished memories. From childhood homes, to wedding venues, to furry companions, there is nothing more gratifying than preserving these personal moments through her artwork for family, friends, and clients. 

The inspiration for this style of art stems from Tatum’s sentimentality for her childhood home, and the obsession with drawing her pet pug. No matter how much we love them, pets and homes can't be with us forever. The best way to celebrate the life they contributed to is by capturing them in a timeless work of art.

Since beginning her professional art career, Tatum has created dozens of commissions spanning across the U.S. Her expertise is in charcoal, watercolor and acrylic paint.
